One of the best Chards I have had recently. Drier, less buttery and with more citrus than my usual California White. Backside of pear and apple but not pronounced. Truly very good right now.

2012 Gaja Gaia & Rey Chardonnay. Second white at post-museum lunch at Il P. Definitely tasted much younger and more astringent than the '02 Raveneau.
