The wine is appropriately named - it's a great white blend. I had the '14 and this '15 is just the same. There's grassy citrus notes from the Chenin Blanc but just the right amount of floral perfume from the Voignier. Beyond seafood dishes this is a food friendly wine and would even go with something like basil fried rice as long as it's not too chili hot.
