2011 vintage. Pale golden hue. Nose is concentrated - chalky, pebbly, ripe stone fruits and honey, with vanilla pod notes. Big. On the palate, medium plus acidity, off dry, high alcohol and full bodied. Peach and apricot stew. Medium plus finish. This is a big wine. Maybe too big for me. Might mellow with age provided it doesn’t oxidise. Drink now until 2025.
