Very high lemony acid, good with seafood crudo. Reminiscent of Donati's trebbiano pet nat but with less orangey character.

An oddity, I had it that was too cold. High in acidity but very short lenght, a ditz pleasure to drink it as an aperitive with olives and canapé in a muggy august by the pool... if you score it one!

Fizzy, biscuit nose, baked apple, some light salinity in the finish. Mild intensity but still very fun.

High drinkability artisanal bubbles. Ripe fruit, moderate acidity, finale supported by a slight bitterness. Polyvalent and fresh, low ABV, i would drink cases of this. Can't wait to taste other wines from Furlani.
