Light yellow color with a few green highlights. Rich aromas of tropical and citrus fruit, and a light touch of leafy herbs. Flavors of passion fruit, pineapple grapefruit and lemon/lime. Long, bold and mouth watering finish. (Lots of acidity!) Crisp and refreshing! Prototypical NZ Sauvy B in style. Tasted with John P. at his 2026 July 4th Party.

On the higher end of price for a sauv blanc. Strong bell pepper aroma and has a little of it on taste as well, specifically in that crisp, fresh, green way. Otherwise very fresh and fruity. Tastes new.
