Millésimé Malvasía Dulce Cava

Love this dessert #cava from #freixenet made with #malvasia and they add a #solera to the licor de expedicion or dosage which gives it body and complexity. A lovely rarity that is not fully understood or appreciated by most.

nutty sparkling on the nose, very sherry like in the palate. bubbles didn't last very long. interesting #cava #penedes
