A delicious old world nose starts you off highlighted by rich cassis, pepper, and old leather. Tart tannins pop the palate at first but settle in nicely. Would pair well with any formidable richly seasoned red meat dish you could toss at it. Vanilla, smoke, and wood come through on the palate and may overshadow the fruit a bit.

RP 95. Hard to argue too much with that when it’s only a baby. Impossible to argue with the QPR @ $40 / bottle. Good one to grab a bunch and sit on some for 10 years but drink throughout yo see evolution.

Old World Style presents with Cassis, Spice, Dark Berries, Leather, Milk Chocolate, Smoke, and mild Vanilla! Development of this wine is very enjoyable at this point..I use WE Vintage Chart as a soft guide and almost put it back (I will continue to slap my hands on more precious bottles). QPR on this is most satisfying..easy drinking, mild tannins and Medium bodied.
