Nov 1st, 2018This is no wimpy merlot. It's dark, dense, and dusty, strutting its stuff with warm climate black fruit, bitter chocolate overtones, baking spices, Rutherford dust terroir, and a lingering finish. This merlot really wants to be its big brother, the Bosché Cabernet Sauvignon.

Excellent merlot, elegant cherry and berry fruit, clean through the center and a lightly spiced finish. The 2014 so could easily sit a bit longer.

Nov 14th, 2017There is no setting for the Bosche Merlot. Damn skippy though. Soft tannins and expressive blackberry and blueberry notes mingling with dark cherry.
