Freeman Vineyard & Winery is the fruition of a 20-year dream shared by Ken and Akiko Freeman to craft cool climate CA Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Aged for 11 months in French oak (29% new), with grapes from vineyards Pratt, Connell & Keefer Ranch. Aromas of rich berry fruits with oak notes. On the palate concentrated fruit, strawberry and black cherry with a savory earthy character. Lingering finish with smooth tannins, great but needs a little longer in the cellar. Small production 300 cases.
