Notes from 24 hrs open (unrefrigerated on the counter). Beautiful nose with sweet balsamic and orange peel. On the palate, burnt orange peel and great acidity, with loads of bright red fruit. Still very tannic on the finish, which shows a touch of pithy bitterness and some sawdust.
