Hochheimer Kirchenstück Riesling GG

The 21’s at Kunstler are so legit. Nose is lemon oil, some hints of sponti, pink grapefruit and some yellow grapefruit, woodshop and huge minerals. Love the aromatic complexity here. So elegant, piercingly mineral but this also has some roundness to it. Really awesome texture and almost tannic on the finish. So juicy and clean. The finesse is remarkable and this fine has a sense of calm and zen. Genius.

Fantastic. Pours a medium yellow, aromas of Meyer lemon, tangerine, pink grapefruit, wet slate, white and yellow flowers, very intense. Palate of grapefruit pith, tangerine, slight saline quality. Fantastic depth and intensity while maintaining the high acid, linear spine which makes Riesling so great. There is also an interesting fresh vanilla note towards the end of the finish which is intriguing. Great wine @Lyle Fass
