Medium straw colour . Quite aromatic and fruited on the nose ,lime , white flowers , blackcurrant, spearmint. Fresh green fruits on the palate , good balance , fresh acidity . Ok length . Good to drink now and over the next 10 years

Apr 22nd, 2023Yellow gold , though less intense than the Nies’Chen . Quite mature , yellow fruits , apricot , peach , ripe citrus , just a touch of spearmint . Showing more age on the palate , with yellow fruits , crystallised peel . Just a touch short , and now with age missing the driving acidity . Needs to be drunk , probably would have been better a couple of years ago
