On the palate this is really polished & peaking. Light bodied, the tannins polished, juicy, perfectly integrated. Nice purity and precision. Great flow & good length. Wild strawberries, wet moss, a hint of cream. So food friendly, works amazingly week with Cantonese food.

Sweet, creamy raspberry, the wood (even if large & old) quite pronounced.
A touch too sweet and lacking the ethereal character.
