Fresh & cool with a touch of roasted aromas underneath the tart strawberries. On the palate very intriguing, with layers of fresh fruit, roasted meat, tea-like tannins and some vegetal undertones. Keeps its amazing freshness and cool character. A wonderful wine.

Ok...tried it again...this time the 2013. Last bottle was definitely a funked bottle. This does have a good structure. Ironically the '11 was better before it died in the glass but more time on this will def let it improve. I rate this a hair less than the '11. A good wine with dark berries and some decent tannins to mellow out over next couple years.

Hands off, one of the best Pinot Noir of the region. A wine that won't die

Really nice pinot. Lots of dried cherries. Maybe a little vanilla. Very powerful wine. Maybe towards the end of its life though. Great now but not too much more life. ... this literally dies in its glass. I've never had a wine die so fast. And it's not that old. Could be a bad bottle but not interested in getting again.
