Lived up to the hype. Juicy ripe red berry fruit and watermelon meets dried flowers, potpourri, and jasmine tea. A bit of tannin on the palate and finishes maybe a touch off-dry? Simultaneously one of the most complex yet purely delicious rosés I’ve had the pleasure of drinking. And it stood its ground next to a punishing Szechuan spread. Amazing!
