Les Champlots Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Chardonnay

Goooooood.

Indicative of a white burgundy. Crisp notes of pear and apple. Delicious.

Went to Rotisserie Georgette and found a lovely bottle of Francoise et Denis Clair St Aubin. Dinner with Protik Basu, with whom I visited the winery in 2013. Nice example of a Primer Cru St Aubin Blanc. May be giving it a nostalgia boost.

Buttery and delicious - had this with my roasted chicken & potatoes & asparagus & lemon recipe.
