Pfingstberg Paradis Alsace Grand Cru Riesling

C'est un Alsace bien fait. Un nez qui pétrole légèrement avec de la fleur blanche. En bouche on a un squelette acide très présent qui laisse un peu de place à du gras qui équilibre le tout. Définitivement un joli rapport qualité prix

One of the best Riesling's I've tried yet. Glad to have them as a neighbor!
