Loved this, so wild and complex. I just adore earth driven whites, the fruit is such a background note here. Oyster shells, crushed flint, pine resin, dried orchard fruit, saline, roasted nuts, chartreuse. So much unami and mineral goodness here. High acid, you could mistake for aged Chablis no problem. Killer with roasted chicken and veggies with pickled shallots and fresh dill.

More of everything here. More fruit. More flowers, More minerals. And espeically a lot of menthol and pine coming through on the nose. The texture is almost milky in texture but still vibrant and refreshing. Drinking great right now.
