One of the best Condrieu. Insane aromas of confectionery cotton candy, granite, guava, pineapple, ripe peaches and crazy white and purple florals. Outrageous. A freak show but restrained in its opulence which is what makes this so brilliant. Palate is rich and luscious but it is showing some heat right now. Elegant and pure with lovely opulent fruit but restrained. Terrific freshness from the minerality and such a treacly texture. Juicy and deep. Needs mega air. It’s all there. I’ll be back.
This got more elegant and the heat receded. 9.4 to 9.5, but I expect bigger things today.
