Kinda wild and sauvage, but equally chuggable. Briary berries and pepper align with violet and herbal notes. @Delectable Wine , this is the sans soufre bottling, if that matters.

Medium–light bodied. Really faint tannins and mellow acids. Violets, herbs, earthy. At first taste was afraid it was too fruit forward but it quickly developed into a drier, more savory profile. Was delicious with the French dinner at Le Crocodile.
