Dried cherry, cranberry, pastille, sous bois, warm spice. Charming, fresh, a touch short on the palate, tannins are lively although a little coarse but nothing offensive

Green and full of funk. This bottle, while still recognizable as burgundy, never took flight or held an identity.

This vineyard, going for Grand Cru status within the next year or so. Rustic, raspberry liquor, tea leaves, exotic spices.

Needs time. Upon opening loads of roast meat, deep red fruit and earth. After opening up a bit it shows red flowers, rhubarb and serious stony minerality, but this needs time to come together completely. It's a bit rugged and nervous at the moment. Great potential.

Stemmy, bloody, delicious Pommard. A bigness to the fine tannins, with the energy and freshness of the vintage. Fascinating wine. Maybe a tinge of oxidation character to the fruit, but it really speaks of its place.

Rustic earthy nose, ripe red fruit. Stunning right now. Will be buying more of this!

After several hours in a decanter, this was singing. Great deal too.

Primary Pinot nose. Strawberry briary spice. Lacking depth right now
