Sick nose. Roasted nuts, mineral, chalk, almonds, super pungent, sick nose. Palate is even better. Stunning complexity, mineral, barely any fruit, super deep, nuanced, layered, distinct hierarchy of flavor. Dissipates gorgeously. What a wine.

Bruised apple orange caramel and precise acid. Good start before going in to work on a day off.

So fine. A stunner.

My favorite Chidaine. One of the great vintages of this. Best since 2005.

Super rich. Honeyed. Dense. A bit waxy. Peach pit nose.

Lotsa skin tanin, which I like! A nice buy, probably prefer fresher vintage.

Lovely range of stone fruit, acidity with rich texture and lingering finish...

Great balance.. good acidity and minerality.. Wide with juicy salivation and a little earthy funkiness. Lovely long, broad finish of honey.
