Lifted white flowers, lemon, touch of petrol, and honeysuckle, barely ripe peach, all these descriptors hint of sweetness but this wine is DRY, with zesty yet well integrated acidity and a barely perceptible 13ABV. Fabulous all around and a great bargain.

A great weeknight wine. Paired beautifully with fennel dashi! Nice dose of petrol in there, underpinning.
