Wow, yum. On the nose: sweet canteloupe and citrus with some vanilla/coconut cream. On the palate: lovely acidity, lemon, wet stone, soft cream...excellent palate density, soft, refined mousse and a touch of white pepper. Elegance and a cool decadence in a glass.
