Superb 2012 vintage effort. Classic complex Cornas elements with delicate mint, animal pheromones, earth, grilled meat, savory spices and black pepper. Great balance and complexity, and a wonderful drinking and food pairing wine.

Delicious Cornas Roland picked up at le Garagiste. We decanted it for 5 hours before dinner. It was great.
