Côtes Du Rhône Red Rhone Blend

Lush and expansive on the nose, with intense red/blue fruit scents and hints of cola, dark chocolate and mint. Smooth and sweet, with sappy black raspberry and cherry flavors and a touch of succulent herbs. Clings very nicely on a smooth, broad finish shaped by supple, even tannins. Hints of Syrah but feels more like a southern Rhône.

Really ripe syrah based CdR. Nice syrah character but a little top heavy and chunky. Still quite delicious for the price.
