Revisiting an old friend. Fantastic and unique as always.

Ross Biaxas red - very rare for the region. Super spicy, structured tannins, lil bit of violet. Want to revisit with some aging.

Huge mouth full of cherries tempered by something perhaps best compared to an iodine hint as it slips slowly down one's throat all derivative of grapes specific and perhaps limited to Rias Baixas complimenting my ensalada de tomate y atún and jamón ibérico fermin, at Katy's amazing Cúrate, in Asheville, NC...
