Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.

Nose of cherries, plums, blueberries, nail polish removal, vinaigrette, wood, licorice, spices, dark coffee, pencil lead, earth, vegetables and black pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate and fruity with strawberries, blueberries, plums, currants, oak, herbs, chocolates, vanilla, spices, earth, peppercorn, tobacco and cloves.

Medium finish with medium (-) tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a nice Red blend from California. Showing mild complexity, nice balance and an enjoyable mouthfeel.

Good for parties, or as a sipping wine by the porch. Needs 30 minutes to open up properly.

I paired it with a cheese plate.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

I guessed Petite Sirah, Zin, and Merlot. I was surprisingly close. It is a Syrah, Zin, PS, and cab blend. Not bad, but not very interesting. Would buy if it was on sale.

A decent everyday food wine. Chocolate and cherry flavors with medium body and balanced acidity.

The BEST table wine out there for years- classic red wine red, sweet aromas of chocolate covered cherries, rhubarb and cedar. Always a great standby.
