Clean style with liqueur d’expedition quite evident

So far, only good bottles from this producer. Has some of the pinot meunier bitterness and acidity but enough savory flavors to balance it out.

Persistent prickly bubbles, red apple skin, underripe strawberries, dough, clean bright citrus, yum.

Powerful, aromatic and expressive and really focused in the palate.

Alas. Late night glass for global Champagne day! 100% Meunier. Yeasty, hints of red fruits and citrus. Round on the palate. Delish!
