Sea Smoke Vineyard Pinot Noir

Aged well. Still dark fruits, earth, subtle spice, toffee, celery seed, and nice acid. Good amount of sediment, needed to be decanted.

Well integrated at the moment. Everything balanced well together - probably just hitting its stride. Nice palate weight - 14.2 alc keeps it from being heavy.

Came home from a work trip and my wife said "I didn't know what to open last night so I just opened a Foxen."

In a great spot, beautiful fruit with a ways that go.

Bottle variation... Flawed. Bummer

Wanted to hit this before it got over the hill - a tad over but still tasty

Smoky, Spicy and Earthy. Rich and Creamy with plenty of fruit mostly black cherry and blackberry. Lighter notes of vanilla from the barrel program but in wine in good balance. Nice hold and great paring with the Tuna Tartare dish.
