Thick and juicy! This is definitely a southern Cali Pinot...funky on the nose with dank forest floor notes. Juicy, rich dark cherry. Medium plus acidity. Wow.

Light garnet with pink edges. Smoky strawberry, resin, and that famous "Santa Maria Spice". Sweet spice, mixed with savory spice, mushroom, loam...touch of rose and orange rind. Completely consistent in palate...just SO clean throughout palate. A fresh, but even acid streak that finishes with that haunting orange rind. Maybe some clove as well.

Loam and spice and everything nice. Mulled cherries too. It's my mom's favorite, so I snagged a glass.
