A kind of grumpy but really knowledgeable lady at the LCBO recommended this to me early in March. We cracked it last night to drink with some pesto pasta and we're like, "Whoa! Delicious! Amazing value!"
I checked today and it's no longer available anywhere downtown. :(

Great texture on this and a good dollop of fruit up front but not so much i would call it "sweet". Haven't tried many wines from Loire but for the money, this Sauv Blanc is hard to beat.

This is a very fun wine from Loire. Not overly acidic and very playful with a distinct clean grape flavor and hints of ruby grapefruit. Sweet, but not cloying.
