Round tropic fruit and melon rind, which points to the ripe vintage. Great weight while still maintaining persistent, mouth watering acidity. Old world balance, but perhaps a somewhat atypical expression of Sancerre. Or is this what we should get used to? Listed as 14.5% alc. Don’t know if that’s accurate or is merely a way to avoid tariffs. Great wine though.

A very typical Sancerre, clear, pale yellow color, chalky minerality and medium plus viscosity. Delicious.

Medium intensity nose, aromas of granny smith apples, green bell pepper, mineral/stones. High acidity, medium body, flavor matches the nose. Decently long finish, well balanced, a good Sancerre.

I used to think Sancerre was a bit too austere for my taste but this one has changed my mind.
Characteristic pale lemon color and thick legs with grapefruit, lemon candy, unripe peach, and herby new grass on the nose. Juicy grapefruit balanced nicely with candied lemon peel and fresh peach, mouthfeel has a rich-feeling polish to it with light notes of sweet orange over a medium finish. Very nicely balanced and well done.
