This wine, for me, would go great with food. As a stand alone, it seems a little flat. Good acid, dry, nice tannins with a long finish. The nose seems muted with musty cellar and dried herbs.

Pronounced earthy aromas with some brooding dark fruit. Black fruit, balsamic, olive and hints of charred wood are quite juicy on the front. Notes of vanilla in the mid palate and a clipped, slightly bitter finish. Needs some time to come together.
