Kind of expressive, kind of muted, maybe a touch flawed. Cork showed light seepage, I think it happened while in my cellar on its side. Cork smelled a touch vinegar’y’. Still drinkable

This is the Saint Kerrigan... sans soufre. A very unusual wine. It has some of the savory blood and iron notes of a northern Rhone Syrah, but the body--light, bright, acidic--of a gamay. Less than 13% abv.

Tart. Crisp. High tannins. Lovely color. Thin body. Fills mouth with flavor. Great for type of grape. But best decantered.

Looks can be deceiving...surprisingly light when I expected a heavy mouth feel and full body. Penetrating flavors of crushing fruityness and a soft, round backbone of raw and wild produce.
