Chardonnay, verdelho and muscat. The sum is something totally different, could guess chenin in a blind. Superb, just beautiful structure and acidity. Stoney and salty on the finish. I could drink this all goddamn day. And I did. (resists urge to yaaas queen) 👸🏞️💁🏼‍♂️

nice simple white blend with beautiful limestone and schist minerality. fairly neutral on the nose but the palate evokes green apple, citrus, herbaceousness, chamomile, touch of honey, white flowers with a touch of lavender. minerality kinda reminds me of muscadet.

Strange wine. Very little fruit here, but a crazy amount of botanical herbs that reminds me of Chartreuse, jasmine, chamomile, slate, leafy greens, and maybe some spearmint. Not delicious but fascinating none the less. This will get someone out of their comfort zone real quick!

Riesling, Chard, Verdelho. Citrusy. Nutty. Coating texture. Think this will shine with Turkey. $18. Stole it.

This is actually the Albariño blend, but who really gives a damn. I do. It’s tasty. It’s light and happy. It’s the perfect one glass quaff before my to go is “ding ding, order up!”

My kind of wine! Full of energy and character but totally inviting and generous.
