Blackberry bouquet, light bodied, hint of sweetness that broadens when paired with a smoky red meat or fried chicken. Best if served chilled.

Such an interesting light red really like a rose. Dark pink see through color nose of red fruits strawberries and acidic profile with complexity and bite on finish. Fresh and lively as per the minimalist style. Half bottle gone with Mexican food. Only 10.7ABV and 107 cases made.
