Made with 6% Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, green apple, honey notes, lemon, lime, cream, touch of buttered popcorn, soft minerals and yellow lilies. The palate is creamy. Green apple, citrus, pineapple, honeysuckle notes, delicate minerality, round well done acidity and rich, long finish. Lemon, pear, a hint of toast, oak is balanced, a little tropical flavor. Kind of a tough finish with odd acidity.

Lemon, apple, pear. Very balanced with nice acid and mineral. Helping my slow recovery from two decade ABC impertinence. Bought at winery.
