I tried it 5 days after my wife opened it and it was a little muted, but still very good. Impressive.

Not super bouquet-ish. But that’s okay!
This is the Riesling to get your hands on from the FLX.
I’ve had the standard, and it’s good, but this is another level of Riesling, basically their single row of vines Forge picks from for the bottle so it’s a singlular expression. And is friggin good.
Asian pear for sure. Minerals. Nice chewy quality that lasts.
