White peach, pear, honeysuckle, lemon on the nose and palate. Slightly sweet but with plenty of acidity to keep it fresh. Medium plus body. Medium plus finish.

Mar 31st, 2015A bit reserved on the nose but phenomenal on the palate. Initial notes of pineapple and lychee, then evolves into white peach, then lemon curd, and finishes with lemon and green apple. Medium body. Medium plus acid. Off-dry to slightly sweet, but still very crisp.

Believe or not, had this with a ribeye and would do it again. Wet straw and earth aromas. Sweetness has mellowed out and was barely detectable. Wiser and more settled, but still radiant and full of life at 33.
