The 2021 Teroldego Morei is intense in the glass. Exotic spices and dark, dusty florals offset the crushed stone and dried cherry notes. This floods the palate with masses of ripe red fruit and mineral tones propelled by zesty acidity. Grippy tannins take hold through the finale, allowing inner violet florals and clove notes to carry on. A twang of sour citrus punctuates the experience perfectly. (Eric Guido, Vinous, May 2023)

Great but could use 2 years to calm down. Nose was explosive and would suggest a much bigger wine than this is. Ripe fruit and underbrush. Palate is a bit short but I’m sure will come around. Off the list at trattoria nuovo macello in milan
