Beautiful structure and depth. Over ripe pineapple, spice, crushed rocks and chamomile. Didn't really show its true beauty until day two. Serious wine, seriously delicious.

Interesting new variety for me, a cross between Riesling and Pinot Blanc, and it tastes like it. Spice from the riesling, and lovely waxy texture from the Pinot Blanc. 11.5 abv, plenty rich, this variety has a lot of promise for other regions.
