Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Pale gold. Light floral nose. White flowers and white grapefruit and some pith on the palate. Dry finish. Herby.

Very tasty. Highlights of SB but more mellow like a Chardonnay

Straw green brilliant. Grassy, grapefruit, lime zest aromas. Crisp tart and chalky. Great alone or with food.

Had this wine with a new fresh cod recipe with hummus, natural yogurt with roasted pine nuts baked in the oven. Side of orzo, feta, baby tomatoes and parsley. Just wonderful.😋

Full with pineapple. Great for a warm summer day.

Nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc on a 100* day.

Not a huge Sauvignon Blanc fan but I really enjoyed this one!
