Nice sharp acids that makes my mouth water wish anticipation for another sip. White floral notes on the nose with lemon zest. The flavors of tart lemon, lemon grass, citrus, pineapple and traces of minerality. Which adds a nice creaminess to the wine. This will be added to my menu for this summers patio pounders.

Gravel and lemon rind on the nose. Honey, green apple, green pear, mineral, lemon, and grapefruit on the palate. Slight citrus rind/seed astringency. A good bit of alcohol for a white. There's something kind of herbal/vegetal to it, but I can't put my finger on it. Good, medium-long finish.
