At least one hour decanting should be necessary. One and half hour, sweet oak aroma with black fruits and spicy, and full body deep taste can be felt. Less than one hour, it would make people misunderstand this wine's taste, though it has an impact. But, I want to have more complexity. @2800, my9-TH, 170408-170430

Tar, asphalt, and new rubber tire on the nose, smooth tannins and floral aspect on the palate that lifts it. Tried for the first time after it had been open for 4 days, pretty good

Took some time to open up, but nice aromas of dark fruit, spices and smoke. Had with huge steak. Happiness.
