Pale lemon with aromas of fresh stone fruits, citrus and salty floral notes, made with the Cortese grape. On the palate flavors of pear, apple and lemon citrus with lively acidity and blossom notes. Medium savory finish ending with citrus and floral mineral character. Nice!

Light with subtle fruit and medium acid.

Unripened pineapple on the nose, lemon zest on the palate. Gorgeous light straw colour and a gentle acidity to prick your senses. I love Gavi.

Lemon, lemon curd, white flowers, a tiny chalky thing too. This is a very intriguing and inviting nose. The palate is very well made, with a superlative balance. Great acid drive, lovely lemony and lemon curd touches, even lemon syrup, good grip, long fruity, zingy finish with almost a sweet twist to it. It's great!
