Salisbury Vineyards Pinot Noir

A single vineyard outside of pismo beach only 250 cases produced

Like the label suggest this was a very fun wine. Smelling strongly of herbs and green vegetables it had a very light and simple taste to it. Strong enough to hold up against aged Gouda and a spinach salad. Delicious and in my opinion a great value.

This is not worth rating. It is exactly what it is. If you have it in front of you please drink up. California 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Concentrated. Soft. Rounded. Rich but not overpowering.

We sure love Flying Goat wines!

Cherry cherry, smooth start, middle but will have a mellower finish if sat for another year or two.
