Palate suggests orange marmalade complimented by vibrant acidity and saline streaked minerality with only 12.5% alcohol. Made from 100% Pinot Noir gently pressed whole cluster then fermented with native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation was blocked before completion to maintain acidity. $35.
