Interesting. Very effervescent initially. Cloudy, unfiltered appearance and flavor profile definitely has some yeast / witbier to it in addition to lemon, pear cider, white flowers and some spice. I wouldn’t call it classic Alsatian Riesling but solid addition to the T-day table

Cidery with just a touch of carbonation. Pears up front with lime zest finish. Perfect for combatting 95 degree Paris summer
