Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay

Always a stunner. This is no exception. Nose of flint/iodine/ripe apple and pear and a hint of high end butter. Palate is exceptional, ripe and deep with stunning purity and balance. So deep. Amazing freshness and easily one of the best 15’s I’ve tasted. Superb minerality, sap and grip. Long and so so delineated. Great energy.

Sick wine. Elegant. Hazelnut, iodine, mineral, palate is complex and ripe with terrific texture and ripeness. Balanced and pure. So long. Excellent.

Nose is Quite rich.

Palate is rich. Yellow apple. Good acidic balance. Some brine.

Palate is mineral. Perfect fruit. Scintillating. A perfect hint of tartness.

Palate is lovely. Lemon almost lime. Mineral. Fresh. Good zing. Hint of richness.

Cleaning out the freezer with god know how old american cassoulet. Yes. I know. Whacky combination but I lack the emotional strength to drink red wine (quarantine).
